Solutions Architect- Onestream

As an experienced OneStream/Oracle PBCS/EPBCS/FCCS Solution Architect at our company, your role will involve implementing modern, cloud-based Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions using the OneStream platform. You will work closely with clients to drive efficient and effective business operations through technology. Key Responsibilities: - Implement OneStream solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and support. - Engage in pre-sales activities by participating in client meetings, demos, and proof-of-concept projects. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client-side resources to ensure clear communication. - Apply creative problem-solving and technical skills to address business challenges. - Follow Spaulding Ridges delivery methodology and project standards to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner. - Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and confidently manage ambiguity. - Demonstrate personal accountability by taking ownership of tasks and focusing on outcomes. What We Look For: Skills: - Proficiency in implementing OneStream/Oracle PBCS/EPBCS/FCCS solutions. - 7+ years of overall experience in end-to-end implementation with strong hands-on business logic expertise. - Deep understanding of financial and accounting processes, planning methods, financial close, and financial reporting. - Experience in managing complex allocations, member formulas, seeding logics, and dynamic calculations. - Familiarity with data integration between systems/sources, with exposure to REST API being a plus. Qualifications: - Required Experience: 7+ years of experience in financial technology implementations and related business logic. - Bonus Points: Experience in pre-sales activities, client demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects; advanced degrees in finance, accounting, or engineering.
