Job Description

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 3 years of hands-on experience as a Solution Analyst. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Collaborate with business stakeholders and project team members to proactively resolve project conflicts, address open issues, set expectations, and communicate status updates. Strong background in business analysis, with the ability to perform in-depth data analysis using SQL to extract, manipulate, and interpret large datasets. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation efforts. Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical work items. Understanding of data warehouse concepts and databases. Document and communicate technical and non-technical requirements effectively to both technical and business teams. It Would Be Great If You Also Had: Understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira). Proficiency in reporting tools and data analytics. Strong working knowledge of software development practices, such as SCRUM/Agile. Ability to accurately track and manage project status concerning resources, finances, and schedules. Experience managing sprint plans. Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and other project participants. What You Would Be Doing in This Role: Business Analysis: Requirement Development: Document and refine requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria. User Story Grooming: Work closely with the engineering team to groom backlogs, clarify technical needs, and ensure stories are sprint-ready. Process Mapping: Analyze and map current-state business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for system and process improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between Product Owners, platform engineers, and Solution Architects to ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with the product vision. Testing: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
