Solution Engineer - Controls

Role Overview: Join Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, to help build the future of diagnostics platform that supports the service organization. As part of the Controls Domain Service provider team, you will drive customer satisfaction, manage internal customer relationships, and deliver advanced control services through innovation and technology advancements. Your role will involve preventive maintenance, servicing of Controls, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through direct customer interface. Key Responsibilities: - Drive customer satisfaction and manage internal customer relationships by understanding JCI Services model and customer support needs - Work with a team of Solution Engineers and analysts to provide advanced control services focusing on artificial intelligence and advanced machine learning - Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing of Controls under minimal supervision, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Perform Dashboard reviews, analyze data, generate reports, and provide recommendations to branches and customers - Collaborate with local support center and internal/external customers to prevent/mitigate issues and propose technical recommendations for sales leads - Conduct self-study to improve technical proficiency in company's product lines and provide training for local field offices on remote Building Automation System diagnostics Qualifications Required: - 4+ years experience in Building Management Industry with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting expertise - Knowledge of Best in class Building Automation Systems products, IT network technologies, digital communication infrastructure, and regional/local codes and standards - Experience in remote service delivery in building automation and controls, along with demonstrated management experience in field operations and maintenance - Expertise in Building Automation Systems, Equipment/Asset performance, Building Efficiency & tuning strategies, and other building systems like access controls, video, and life safety - Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication in multicultural environments, and knowledge of operating Building Analytics open SAAS platforms - Preferred skills include detailed knowledge of Metasys, computer/mobile application skills, IAQ/IEQ/Energy data analysis, and familiarity with transformation plans implementation for tangible outcomes.,
