Solution Enablement Senior Manager

Role Overview: As a Solution Enablement Senior Manager at Accenture, you will be a part of the Solution Architecture team responsible for translating client requirements into Applied Intelligence solutions. Your main focus will be on managing and developing solutions for complex business process outsourcing, aligning them with the latest business and technology advancements to create winnable and deliverable solutions. You will be involved in setting the direction of each bid, developing the solution strategy, and articulating the solution in a clear and concise manner for the client to understand. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a solution architecture to address specific problems and requirements through the application of technical, business process, and industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve moderately complex problems by creating new solutions and adapting existing methods and procedures - Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly - Interact primarily with direct supervisors or team leads, as well as peers and management levels at a client or within Accenture - Require minimal guidance in determining methods and procedures for new assignments - Manage medium-small sized teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture - Work in rotational shifts if required Qualifications Required: - BCom degree - 16 to 25 years of experience in Account Management, Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards - Ability to perform effectively under pressure - Adaptable and flexible mindset - Commitment to delivering quality work - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Role Overview: As a Solution Enablement Senior Manager at Accenture, you will be a part of the Solution Architecture team responsible for translating client requirements into Applied Intelligence solutions.
