Job Description

Job Summary:

Review and analyze existing
MuleSoft APIs
to identify areas for optimization and refactoring in
Azure
.
Design and architect
Azure-based solutions
using services like
Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event Grid
.
Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems while enhancing performance and scalability.
Define best practices for API design, security, governance, and lifecycle management on
Azure
.
Collaborate with development teams to implement the refactored APIs, ensuring best practices in
cloud-native architecture
.
Provide guidance on cost optimization, security, and compliance within the
Azure ecosystem
.
Document architecture decisions, design patterns, and integration workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years
of experience in software architecture and solution design.
Expertise in
MuleSoft API design and integration
.
Strong knowledge of
Azure services
, including
Azure APIM, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid
.
Experience with
microservices architecture
, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based application development.
Hands-on experience in
modernizing legacy integrations
to cloud-native solutions.
Understanding of
security best practices
(OAuth, JWT, API Gateway security).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure certifications
(e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer).
Experience with
DevOps
and
CI/CD pipelines
in Azure.
