As a Solution Architect in the Transaction Banking domain with 6-10 years of experience, your role is crucial in defining and driving next-generation banking architecture aligned with client strategies and industry best practices. Your core skills should include strategic problem-solving, technical leadership, architectural design, domain expertise, and client communication. Key Skills & Experience: - Deep knowledge in one or more banking domains - Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, Kafka, and API-first designs - Proficiency in databases and modern tech stacks Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead solution workshops with client stakeholders to define requirements and align on technical strategy - Design scalable solutions across various banking domains - Translate business objectives into future-ready architectural solutions - Create functional flows, integration specifications, and technical blueprints Solutioning Process & Deliverables: - Lead the end-to-end solutioning lifecycle by creating Architecture Diagrams (e.g., UML, C4 models), Solution Design Documents, Proof-of-Concept Prototypes, and Cost-Benefit Analyses & Roadmaps.
