Job Summary

The Solution Architect SCM will lead the technical and functional design of O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes and drive solution delivery across multiple European regions. The role focuses on Oracle ERP EBS 12.1.4 with modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Oracle Shipping, and Accounts Receivable. The architect will define and manage end-to-end O2C solution design, support IT transformation initiatives, and enable seamless integration with various third-party applications across a Pan-European landscape.

This position requires strong leadership in solution architecture, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering scalable, reusable, and best-practice-driven ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a team player with the ability to work independently.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact in Europe for all technical integrations with internal and external partners.
  
• Lead O2C technical and functional design using established tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  
• Drive O2C deliverables through discussions with key stakeholders.
  
• Provide ongoing support for the O2C solution landscape.
  
• Collaborate with IT Solution Owners and Business Process Owners to design reusable and scalable solutions.
  
• Support the end-to-end solution process, including functional specification creation, development support, integration testing, and implementation.
  
• Travel occasionally to attend business meetings across regions.
  
• Contribute to organizational culture, values, and shared goals.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in service-oriented IT architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
  
• Strong working knowledge of O2C modules, including:

• Warehouse Management
  
• Inventory
  
• Receivables
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage schedules, priorities, and technical issues under pressure.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in multicultural environments.
  
• Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Experience working in geographically dispersed team environments.
  
• Flexibility to work in the UK shift.
