Solution Architect (Node.js and Mobile)

We are looking for a seasoned Dev Manager / Solution Architect with deep expertise in Node.js, mobile integration, and cloud-native architecture. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of backend and mobile solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in microservices, API design, cloud infrastructure (GCP), and a solid background in Python for automation, data integrations, or backend services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable Node.js-based microservices and APIs.

• Define and govern technical standards, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies on GCP.

• Oversee integration between backend, mobile (React Native), and external systems such as Salesforce and CCAI.

• Drive secure, maintainable, and high-performance system design across all backend components.

• Utilise Python for automation, backend utilities, or data processing as required.

• Conduct design reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce adherence to engineering and security standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Mentor senior developers, guide outsourced teams, and establish best practices for delivery and governance.

• Manage production reliability, incident response, and performance tuning across distributed services.

• Partner with leadership on technical strategy, scalability, and long-term platform evolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Node.js backend and microservices architecture.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks (Sequelize/Prisma).

• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, IAM, Cloud Build).

• Proven ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Cloud Build).

• Strong exposure to mobile backend integration (React Native, JWT/OAuth flows).

• Working experience with Python for backend scripts, services, or automation tasks. • Deep understanding of system design, scalability, caching, and event-driven patterns.

• Experience in leading teams, managing outsourced vendors, and ensuring technical governance.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
