Role Overview:

• We are in search of an experienced Solution Architect responsible for directing technical strategy, solution design, and implementation across varied client settings. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and stakeholder engagement, and will excel in complex, fast-paced global delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer discussions with a focus on technical solutioning, architecture, and roadmap formulation.
• Oversee and review architecture, solution design, and development across diverse technology environments.
• Perform discovery analysis and translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions utilizing modern technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to convert functional requirements into technical designs.
• Provide hands-on leadership in cloud architecture, microservices, DevOps practices, and application modernization.
• Prepare proposals, solution blueprints, Statements of Work (SoWs), and architecture documents for enterprise-level solutions.
• Conduct solution workshops with stakeholders and recommend optimal tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Mentor junior architects, engineers, and developers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
• Ensure technical governance and adherence to best practices in software development and architecture.
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets such as whitepapers, case studies, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), reusable components, etc.
• Participate in architecture review boards, client presentations, and key planning and retrospective sessions.
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor, representing the firm in CXO-level discussions when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, software engineering, and solution consulting.
• Extensive experience in Indian/global delivery models, collaborating with distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms at least one of AWS, Azure, GCP; preference for multi-cloud expertise.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across various industries such as Tech, BFSI, Healthcare, Energy, or Retail.
• Strong skills in technical documentation, estimation, and architecture.
• Effective communicator, capable of simplifying technical concepts for business stakeholders and clients.
• Hands-on proficiency with:
• Languages/Frameworks: Java, .NET, Node.js, Go, Angular, React
• CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, API security, application observability, etc.
• Microservices, event-driven systems (Kafka), containerization
• Database modelling: relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps culture, and secure coding principles.
• Strong presentation, client-facing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-cloud solutions and serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of GenAI/AI-ML capabilities, platform integration, and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Exposure to identity federation, SSO, enterprise platform integration.
• Experience in public speaking, community engagements, or internal evangelism roles.
• Worked in a startup environment or Fortune 100 enterprise, handling architectural leadership.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and application lifecycle management.
• Understanding of confidential computing, advanced application monitoring, and scalable secure architectures.
