Solution Architect - Java + AWS

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for owning product success end-to-end, from architecture to implementation. You should have strong technical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and experience in building high-performance systems, ideally within the Ad-Tech space. Key Responsibilities: - Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement. - Take full ownership of technical design and implementation, with accountability for the success of the product. - Architect and build real-time bidding engines and large-scale video ad platforms. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Document technical designs, including detailed diagrams and specifications. - Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability. - Develop reusable code and libraries for future use. - Collaborate and mentor team members; support problem-solving across the team. - Review, test, and debug code to ensure high-quality output. Requirements: - Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms - 8+ years of experience in Java development - Experience designing and building high-throughput systems (200k+ requests/second) - Familiarity with distributed caching, message middleware, RPC frameworks, load balancing, and security - Proficient in both relational and NoSQL databases e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Aerospike - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies - Logical problem-solving skills with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities - Experience with cloud technologies is a plus - Exposure to Ad-Tech domains (RTB, Google IMA SDK, VAST, VPAID, Header Bidding) is highly desirable In addition to the technical requirements, the ideal candidate should thrive in small, agile teams, be proactive about learning and upskilling, and enjoy variety in projects.,
