What You Will Do

• Lead the

  architectural design

  and technical solutions for banking products and platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to

  define product roadmaps

  and ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Oversee

  team management

  , fostering a collaborative and agile engineering culture.
• Drive

  continuous improvement

  in technology and engineering practices while mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science or related technical field.
• Proven

  Solution Architect

  experience in large-scale, enterprise-grade projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• Java 8 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot

• SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

• Microservices architecture

  , APIs, and cloud-ready applications
• Deep understanding of

  data structures and algorithms

  with strong coding skills.
• Experience in

  team leadership, stakeholder management

  , and

  cross-functional collaboration

  .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to

  digital transformation initiatives

  and modern digital technologies.
• Experience with

  Reactive programming (Spring Reactor)

  , Redis, and frontend frameworks (Angular).
• Familiarity with

  DevOps practices

  (CI/CD pipeline, cloud deployment).
• Prior experience in

  banking or financial services domain
