  with client stakeholders to define requirements and align on technical strategy

• Translate business objectives into

  future-ready architectural solutions

• Create and own

  functional flows

  technical blueprints

Solutioning Process & Deliverables:

• Lead the

  end-to-end solutioning lifecycle

  :

• Architecture Diagrams

  (e.g., UML, C4 models): Clearly communicate system components, data flows, and interactions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Solution Design Documents

  : Include traceability, technology choices, and implementation plans for development teams

• Proof-of-Concept Prototypes

  : Validate feasibility, uncover risks early, and build confidence with stakeholders

• Cost-Benefit Analyses & Roadmaps

  : Support strategic planning and decision-making with timelines and budget estimates
