Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, India for a Solution Architect/Handson Engineer. The individual will be responsible for designing comprehensive IT solutions, consulting with stakeholders to understand their business needs, and ensuring seamless integration of systems. The role involve creating innovative solutions, and aligning technology with organizational goals. Additionally, tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing business processes through technical expertise, and ensuring the seamless deployment of IT systems.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Solution Architecture and Integration to create scalable and efficient IT solutions.
• Proficiency in Consulting and understanding business requirements to design tailored solutions.
• Understanding of Business Processes and the ability to optimize workflows through technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to challenges.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise mobility solutions, and experience with industry-leading IT brands like HPE, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Citrix is a plus.
