Job Description

As a Solution Architect at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in leading the evolution of the company's digital twin and robotics platform for autonomous inspection. Your responsibilities will include architecting scalable, secure, and AI-ready systems that integrate real-time data, analytics, and robotic operations across offshore and onshore assets. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve the system architecture for scalability, reliability, and modularity. - Lead the integration of robotics and AI analytics into the digital twin environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to align technical strategy with sprint goals and product roadmaps. - Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and operational safety standards. - Guide technical decisions on cloud infrastructure, edge computing, and OPC UA data pipelines. Qualifications and Skill Sets Required: - Degree in computer science/engineering or related field. - Proven experience of more than 5 years in architecting industrial IoT or digital twin platforms. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, NodeJS, Python, and C#. - Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (preferably Azure), microservices, and container orchestration. - Familiarity with robotics integration, AR/VR frameworks, and AI/ML pipelines. - Experience with OPC UA, MQTT, and real-time data streaming. - Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum or SAFe. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
