SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and secure solutions. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has strong expertise in AWS, and is open to learning and working with Ruby.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end architecture for cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide leadership in architectural design, code reviews, and technical mentorship.
• Ensure best practices in cloud architecture (with a focus on AWS), security, and scalability.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system efficiency and performance.
• Support development teams in understanding architectural patterns and requirements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and development.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, CloudFormation).
• Proven ability to design scalable and resilient systems in cloud environments.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Open and willing to learn Ruby as part of the tech stack.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern software development workflows.
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Ruby or similar backend languages is a plus.
• AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is highly desirable.
• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments is a bonus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹310,000.00 per month
