Solution Architect

As a Technical Architect in our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions by analyzing business and technical requirements. Your expertise will be vital in recommending the best-suited tech stack, design patterns, and architecture solutions for each project. By leveraging past experience and collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure the feasibility and refinement of requirements. Your leadership and mentorship skills will be key in guiding the development team towards adopting best practices, making critical technical decisions, and solving complex challenges efficiently. Conducting technical workshops, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions will be part of your responsibilities to uplift team capabilities and ensure adherence to software development standards. Identifying architectural and operational risks early on, defining mitigation strategies, and monitoring system performance will be essential aspects of risk management in your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring alignment with approved architecture and coding standards, and establishing security measures and compliance protocols. Your ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency will be crucial for success in this role. **Required Skills & Experience:** **Technical Expertise** - Frontend Technologies: React.js, Next.js (preferred), Vue.js. - Backend Technologies: Laravel, Express.js, Django (preferred). - Mobile Development: React Native. - Database Management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase. - Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), Serverless Computing. - DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform. - Security & Compliance: OWASP Security Practices, Data Encryption, Access Control Policies. **Soft Skills** - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to work collaboratively with development, product, and business teams. - Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Cloud Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect) are a plus. - Experience in enterprise architecture, microservices, and event-driven architectures. - Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.,
