Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Having knowledge on use of mechanical tools, metrology, and understanding manufacturing drawings.
Should possess experience of 2-3 yrs in fabrication and integration of sub-assemblies of rocket motors.
Ability to qualify welders performance through WPS, WPQ, PQR etc
Should have knowledge of various quality requirements with NDT procedures pertaining to rocket motors.
Should be adept in testing, qualification of various engineering materials for aerospace applications like aluminum, steels, alloys, MDN 250 etc.
Ability to undertake failure investigations, RC analysis and handling of Material Review Boards.
Knowledge on undertaking of static testing, and data acquisition.
Knowledge of measurement of CG and weight measurement procedures.
Knowledge of FIN alignment, and wing alignment etc
Mechanical and chemical testing of mechanical and rubber parts used in lining of rocket motors.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
