As a qualified candidate for this position, you should possess a Diploma or BE in Electrical and Electronics related field, along with more than 5 years of experience in Automation SPM, Precision machines, electrical assembly, sensor operation, Solenoid coil, Machine Installation, and Machine commissioning. Your knowledge should extend to electrical assembly processes, tools, and safety regulations, as well as a skillful understanding of circuit drawings, wiring, and assembly based on provided drawings. Familiarity with 2D and 3D plane drawings, PLC, Panel Wiring, Relay Logic, and Machine Shop Maintenance is also required. In this role, you will actively participate in various training sessions as assigned by the project leader, ensuring timely completion of tasks. It will be your responsibility to self-check the quality of parts and finished products, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the project manager. A background in Industrial Automation is essential, particularly in working with SPM and Precision machines. You should have knowledge of RELAY, PLC, HMI, and CYLINDER operations, and be prepared to engage in 7S activities while promptly addressing audit issues. Your duties will involve handling Automation SPM, Precision machines, electrical assembly, sensor operation, Solenoid coil, Machine Installation, and Machine commissioning. Integrity is key in this role, requiring honesty, trustworthiness, adherence to company rules, and maintaining confidentiality. Collaboration and teamwork are encouraged, with a willingness to seek advice, help others, and work together harmoniously.
