As a SolarWinds Network System Administrator with 3+ years of experience, your role involves managing the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SolarWinds network monitoring tools. Your primary focus will be ensuring optimal network performance, minimizing downtime, and enhancing network security through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, configure, and manage SolarWinds tools including NCM, NPM, SAM, and NTA. - Perform network discovery and device mapping using SNMP, WMI, ICMP, TCP/IP, etc. - Customize alerts, dashboards, and reports to track key performance metrics. - Monitor network traffic, bandwidth, and device health to resolve issues promptly. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Ensure SolarWinds implementation aligns with security best practices. - Optimize polling intervals, SNMP settings, and reporting structures. - Maintain technical documentation and provide support to IT teams. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of SNMP, WMI, TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, and other network protocols. - Proven experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting using SolarWinds. - Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network security configurations. - Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows server environments. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.,
