Solar Trainer - Maharajganj

1. Brief about the Position:
The Solar Trainer will be responsible for training students in solar energy systems, installation processes, and maintenance procedures. The role involves practical and theoretical instruction, ensuring students gain industry-relevant skills for successful employment in the renewable energy sector.

2. Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on solar energy system installation and maintenance.
• Train students in assessing installation sites.
• Guide students on arranging installation materials and mounting solar panels safely.
• Develop training modules, lesson plans, and course content.
• Conduct internal assessments and maintain student performance records.
• Motivate students for placement and coordinate with the placement team.
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports.
• Conduct soft skills and behavioural training sessions for students.

o Reporting to HOD

o Reports to the Training Head / Project Manager

7. Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI / B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
• Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in solar energy installation, maintenance, or training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
