Solar Tendering & Estimation

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tendering & Estimation Executive to support our bid management and project costing functions.

Role Overview

You will prepare competitive, technically compliant tenders that align with company goals. This role involves analyzing technical specifications, estimating costs, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender documents and scope of work.
• Prepare accurate cost estimations, including EPC and O&M components.
• Gather and evaluate vendor quotes to ensure best value procurement.
• Develop technical submissions, clarifications, and compliance matrices.
• Liaise with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate inputs.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend pricing strategies.
• Maintain a database of costs, vendors, and project benchmarks.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and support negotiations when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 24 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering for EPC or renewable projects.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with government portals, MNRE guidelines, and contractual terms.
