Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Inbound and outbound calls to potential residential and commercial clients. Present and promote solar energy solutions to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar packages. Schedule appointments for field sales representatives or consultations. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messages. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Stay up to date with solar products, incentives, and market trends. Handle customer objections and provide accurate information. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication. Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or customer service (solar sales preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Good command over English and Hindi Language. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Dalanwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Telesales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
