Solar Technician

Role Overview: As a Solar Technician at KR Mangalam Group, your role involves assessing job sites, identifying and resolving potential hazards, and creating or interpreting solar panel installation plans. You will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems, including solar collectors, concentrators, batteries, pumps, fans, or support structures. Additionally, you will perform all necessary electrical work to connect solar systems to the electric grid, ensuring proper grounding systems, controls, and testing. Weatherproofing solar installations in compliance with local safety regulations and manufacturer specifications will also be part of your duties. Installing and maintaining panels on various locations such as residential homes, corporate offices, and solar farms will be a regular task. Staying updated on local, state, and federal codes to ensure panels are installed and maintained according to regulations is crucial. You will also read blueprints and schematics to correctly place panels, and cutting, fitting, and connecting multiple panels. Choosing and configuring setup locations based on project requirements will also be your responsibility. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or B.Tech in a related field. - Preferably more than 5 years of experience in the field.,
