Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and workshop training on Solar PV System installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning.
Explain and demonstrate electrical concepts, solar panel connection, inverter setup, charge controller configuration, and battery management.
Ensure trainees understand safety procedures, earthing, load calculation, and troubleshooting techniques.
Prepare and maintain training aids, lesson plans, and assessment materials.
Supervise hands-on practical sessions and evaluate student performance.
Conduct site visits or live demonstrations of solar installation projects.
Keep up-to-date with the latest solar technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Maintain training records and prepare progress reports as per institute guidelines.
Support placement activities by grooming trainees for industry readiness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
