Solar PV Installer Trainer

You will be responsible for conducting classroom and workshop training on Solar PV System installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning. You will explain and demonstrate electrical concepts, solar panel connection, inverter setup, charge controller configuration, and battery management. It is essential to ensure that trainees understand safety procedures, earthing, load calculation, and troubleshooting techniques. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain training aids, lesson plans, and assessment materials. Supervision of hands-on practical sessions and evaluation of student performance will be part of your duties. You will also conduct site visits or live demonstrations of solar installation projects. Keeping up-to-date with the latest solar technologies, tools, and industry trends is crucial. Maintaining training records and preparing progress reports as per institute guidelines will be required.
