Solar PV installer Trainer Suryamitra

You will be working as a full-time on-site Solar PV Installer Trainer Suryamitra at Mind Mines Innovations Private Limited in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, India. Your primary responsibility will be to train individuals in solar power installation techniques, maintenance of solar systems, proper use of power and hand tools, and industry best practices. To be eligible for this role, you should have a Graduate Engineer qualification with at least 2 years of experience in the relevant industry OR ITI/Diploma with 2 years of experience in the relevant industry. You must possess knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems, proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools, and experience in the Solar Industry. Excellent communication and training skills are essential for this role. You should also hold a technical certification in Solar PV installation and TOT certification. Additionally, you must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and understand safety protocols in the solar industry.
