Solar Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview: As an Operations and Maintenance Engineer (Solar) at Stockwell Solar Services Pvt Ltd (SSSPL), your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, managing electrical engineering tasks, and overseeing maintenance operations to ensure the efficient performance of solar projects. You will be required to work on-site full-time to guarantee the smooth functioning of the solar assets. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting issues related to solar projects - Conducting preventive maintenance activities - Managing electrical engineering tasks - Overseeing maintenance operations for optimal performance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solar Site Engineer/O&M Engineer - Hands-on experience in maintenance of utility-scale solar projects with a strong understanding of solar plant operation and maintenance - Knowledge about maintenance of Transformers, HT panels, and LT panels - Strong analytical skills to assess project risks, identify potential issues, provide solutions, and monitor project performance - Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well under pressure and deadlines - Relevant experience in the Solar Industry is a must,
