solar installation coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
Opsivra LLP is seeking a solar installation coordinator to manage and coordinate solar system installations for Australian customers, ensuring smooth execution through effective communication and scheduling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Coordinate and schedule solar installations with installers and operations teams

· Communicate installation timelines, requirements, and updates to customers

· Act as the main point of contact during the installation process

· Monitor installation progress and resolve on-day installation issues

· Maintain accurate installation records in crm systems

REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong verbal and written English communication skills

· Excellent coordination and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple installations

· Good computer and crm knowledge

· Willing to work from office during 4:00 am – 1:30 pm
