Solar Electrician (Urgent Hiring)

Responsibilities:

• Perform all electrical work for solar panel installations, including wiring, conduit runs, and connecting inverters and batteries.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and system-level issues on existing solar systems.
• Work alongside the team member in panel servicing, including cleaning and visual inspections.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including permits and inspection documentation.
• Work closely with the helper to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential or commercial electrical work, with a strong preference for solar experience.
• Knowledge of solar PV system components and design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work on roofs and in various weather conditions.
• Must have a two-wheeler for transportation to and from job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
