Chachapoyas Global Solutions, a dynamic international outsourcing firm, is hiring Solar Appointment Setters to drive our solar lead generation efforts for global markets. If you're passionate about renewable energy and have a knack for telecalling, we want you on our team! The location for this position is HSR Layout, Bangalore. The salary ranges from 15,000 to 30,000 per month with attractive incentives. This is a full-time, office-based job with the US/Canada night shift. A work-from-home option is available only to out-of-Bangalore candidates with prior solar appointment-setting experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound telecalling to engage potential customers in the US, Canada, and UK. - Qualify leads and schedule appointments for home and commercial solar setup solutions. - Build rapport with prospects, effectively communicate solar benefits, and handle objections. - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track leads and appointments. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in international telecalling, telesales, or appointment setting (solar industry experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills in English are required, and familiarity with US/UK accents is preferred. The candidate should be goal-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment. Knowledge of CRM tools and basic solar energy concepts is an advantage.
