Software Testing Faculty

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.), Bug Tracking Tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla), and Testing Life Cycle. As Software Testing Faculty at SMEClabs, you will design and update curriculum based on current industry trends, prepare lesson plans and assessments, guide students on live projects, provide doubt-clearing sessions, and stay updated with the latest tools and techniques. Additionally, you will conduct mock interviews, maintain records, and assist students with placement readiness. - Deliver high-quality training on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Bug Tracking Tools, and Testing Life Cycle - Design and update curriculum as per industry trends - Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments - Guide students on live projects and assist with troubleshooting - Provide doubt-clearing sessions and mentorship - Stay updated with the latest trends and tools - Conduct mock interviews and assist with placement readiness - Maintain academic and administrative records - Proficiency in Manual Testing, Automation Testing tools (especially Selenium WebDriver), and scripting languages like Java/Python - Knowledge of testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, BDD with Cucumber - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments - Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills - Ability to simplify complex topics for learners - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Relevant certification(s) in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Tester) is an added advantage You will have a Day shift work schedule and the ability to earn a performance bonus.
