Software Testing Engineer

You will work on testing web and native mobile applications for Android and iOS, collaborating closely with development and QE teams to ensure our Contentful Apps meet quality standards. Join us to contribute your expertise and enhance client satisfaction through rigorous testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Test product web and native mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms
• Create test cases and conduct manual testing to verify software quality
• Analyze requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies
• Report and document test results clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with development and QE teams to identify and resolve software defects
• Perform functional testing for e-commerce platforms including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and DE/SAP Hybris
• Conduct web service and API testing to ensure integration reliability
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding testing progress and issues
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Expertise in e-commerce software testing with 3.5 to 5 years of experience
• Experience in test case development and detailed test reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in functional testing of mobile applications
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and DE/SAP Hybris platforms
• Experience with web service and API testing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in English language at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level

Nice to have

• Proven experience in CMS testing including Contentful, Salesforce, or Drupal
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Contentsquare, and AppsFlyer
