SOFTWARE TESTER QA

As a Software Tester / QA professional at Dasinfomedia, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through systematic testing processes. Your role will involve analyzing requirements, designing test cases, executing manual and/or automated tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of testing types: functional, regression, integration, system, smoke/sanity, and UAT. - Ability to write clear test cases, test scenarios, and test reports. - Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes. - Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, Bugzilla, TestRail, etc.). - Basic SQL knowledge for database and backend testing. - Understanding of API testing concepts (Postman knowledge is a plus). - Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication, documentation skills, and attention to detail. - Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to modern testing practices.
