Software tester (Night Shift)

You should have proven work experience in Manual Testing with at least 3+ years of experience in team handling. It is essential to have hands-on experience with Quality Assurance and Software Testing methodologies, including test case and test plan creation and execution. Additionally, experience with API Testing, performance testing, regression, sanity testing, smoke testing, etc., is required. You should be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional agile team environment. Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA and Bugzilla is necessary, and experience with automation testing is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Client handling experience is a must for this role. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with demonstrated leadership skills. Candidates with a degree in B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M. Tech, MCA, or M. Sc (IT), MBA will be given preference. You should possess a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in manual testing and automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or similar is necessary. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required, along with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
