Your participation in agile ceremonies and contribution to continuous testing improvements will be essential to ensuring product quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and execute comprehensive manual test cases covering functional requirements. - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing with detailed defect reporting. - Collaborate with developers and product managers to define clear acceptance criteria. - Use agile tools (Jira, Confluence) for test tracking, documentation, and reporting. - Contribute to continuous improvements in testing processes, practices, and automation adoption. - Provide initial validation and maintenance of Cypress test scripts for automation initiatives. - Ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in testing outcomes. - Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for product quality. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in software testing. - Strong background in manual testing and writing exhaustive test cases. - Exposure to Cypress automation (execution, script validation, and basic scripting). - Proficiency with agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and test management systems. - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ownership mindset with a focus on quality delivery. - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Flexible and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
