Responsible for automating software development processes, with the aim of accelerating release cycles and strengthening feedback mechanisms, fostering a more agile development environment. The role takes part in maintaining robust source control systems and CI/CD pipelines, essential components for ensuring the smooth delivery of code from development to production environments. The role contributes to the creation and enhancement of automation scripts for building and deploying, striving for optimized deployment workflows to improve efficiency and reliability. The role works closely with senior engineers to efficiently manage code releases and promptly address and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations, strengthening software quality and security. The role coaches new joiners and exerts influence within team - local lab/product.

Your Role:

• Administer and customise Azure DevOps Server/SaaS environments, including process templates and workflows.
• Implement and maintain Azure DevOps Services (ADS) advanced topologies.
• Manage and support Windows Server environments.
• Administer SQL Server clusters, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Host and configure IIS applications and web pages.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure and application deployment.
• Lead Azure DevOps migration projects (On-Prem to SaaS).
• Provide end-to-end support for Azure DevOps features, including API implementation and consumption.
• Validate tools and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
• Monitor system health and proactively address performance and availability issues.
• Implement DevOps processes for application lifecycle management and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software development workflows in Windows/Linux environments.

You are fit if:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in DevOps and infrastructure management.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps Server/SaaS administration and process customisation.
• ADS Advanced Topology Implementation and maintenance
• Window Server Administration
• Expert in SQL, Server with Cluster Maintenance and Support
• Hosting and Configuring IIS Application and Webpages
• Strong experience in scripting and automation Azure DevOps Migration Model (On-Prem to SaaS)
• Guiding and Support Azure DevOps E2E feature set, including APIs implementation and Consuming
• Implement DevOps process for Application and Automation with Standards
• Tool Validation
• Monitor the health of the solution and take proactive steps to ensure reliable availability and performance
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle workflows and processes involved in the design, development, deployment, test, and maintenance of software systems in the Windows/Linux environment
• Good communication skills

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company s main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

This role is an office-based role.
