Software Team Lead Full Stack

We are seeking a hands-on Software Team Lead to drive the development and delivery of key technology modules across our EV, solar, and energy platform stack. This is a builder's role, ideal for someone who can write clean code, lead developers, and deliver working software fast. You'll be expected to manage a small team, guide architecture decisions, and work closely with the founder and tech architect to align product and platform execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-5 developers across full-stack projects.
• Own the development lifecycle from planning to release.
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, modular design, and testing.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and ops teams to scope and prioritize.
• Track and unblock developer progress with clarity and accountability.
• Take an active part in writing and reviewing core logic (React, Node, APIs).
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of strong full-stack experience (React + Node.js ).
• Team or module leadership in at least 1 past role.
• Clear grasp of Git workflows, task breakdown, and agile development.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
• Ability to manage delivery without micromanagement.
• Prior experience in building internal tools or ops dashboards.
• Knowledge of infrastructure (AWS, Docker) or devops pipelines.
• Experience working with business/ops teams in energy, mobility, or logistics sectors.
