Software Support & Marketing & Executive

As a Software Support candidate at Inventive Infotech, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to clients in Satara city and MIDC areas. Your key responsibilities will include: - Visiting clients for software support - Installing, configuring, and explaining software to clients - Resolving client issues as per schedules provided - Providing on-site training and demos - Maintaining daily support reports and communication with the Head Office - Ensuring client satisfaction and timely follow-up In addition to software support, you will also be responsible for basic marketing tasks such as promoting products to new clients, working on leads provided by the company, generating local leads, and closing basic sales with one-to-one communication. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a smart and confident personality, readiness to travel within specific areas, quick learning ability, basic computer and Android mobile skills, ability to handle objections and rejections, and strong follow-up habits. Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma / Degree Holder. As a must, you should be a male candidate with your own 2-wheeler in good condition, a good-condition Android phone, and the ability to commit for a minimum of 1 year. Preferred candidates would be those living in Satara city or within a 5 km radius, with prior experience in Satara MIDC sector as a Support or Marketing Executive being an added advantage. The salary structure includes a Basic Salary, Incentives, Travel Allowance (TA), and Mobile Allowance. Immediate joiners are preferred for this Full-time, Permanent position.
