Software Support - Accounting

You are seeking a cheerful and dynamic Accounting Software Support Specialist to handle all client inquiries related to Accounting Software. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for providing proactive and vigilant support to ensure the smooth functioning and advancement of our company's production. Your key responsibilities will include offering support to end users regarding Accounting Software queries through phone calls, emails, and remote assistance. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance on the software, troubleshoot and resolve issues, conduct data migration tasks, and create templates as needed. Timely and professional resolution of customer issues and participation in ad-hoc assignments are also part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant field. Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills would be advantageous. The ability to multitask and operate independently in a fast-paced setting is highly valued.
