Job Description

This development team enables next-generation Industry-leading Dell platforms with software defined NAS solution. Perfection is the Dell Technologies standard, but occasionally our products don t work as they should. International Product Support is the team that steps in to put things right. We undertake the timely analysis of potential product defects coming from Technical Support teams or from hands-on experience. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of technical support for our products and work closely with Engineering teams to resolve those problems that are possible product defects. We then communicate directly with external customers to present our findings. You will: Youll be part of a bright engineering team with a culture of open communication, empowerment, innovation, where we develop products with simplicity, performance, and scalability. The teams core responsibility is to design, develop, and debug the data path, Control path and platform Integration aspects of storage systems. Work with product owners, architects and engineering leads to understand use cases and features. Translate architectural design into detailed or low-level design, deliver code and participate in code reviews. Take part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery support. Here s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 5-8 years of experience in coding, designing and debug using Java for SDNAS or Software Defined Network Area Storage. Experience in networking protocols like "LACP, VLANs, macVLAN, docker OR Docker Networking , TCP/UDP. Experience in Network security protocols like NFS and SMB. Experience in debugging tools like Wireshark OR Tcpdump. Experience in microservices architecture and containerization platforms. Desirable Requirements Doman expertise in NAS (Network-Attached Storage) Experience in protocols like LDAP, DNS, Active Directory.
