Responsibilities

Reviews, contributes to and approves Reliability and System Test plans Works with LOB team to develop theQuality and Warranty Cost Reduction portion of the Executive review Interacts supply base for quality improvements

• Advanced Communication/presentation skills, starting proactive communication with leadership or global teams, starting to recommend options and solutions Understanding global components such as understanding of cultural differences, time zones, etc.
• Solving problems that affect the project objectives and recognizes impact, benefits and risks advise on solutions Advanced understanding of technology discipline, such as hardware, software, solutions and ability to influence other team members through technical expertise Advanced understanding quality tools,data, and processes and can use those tools to influence design decisions and improvements within organization
• Deals with ambiguous situations within project, across organization
• Considers impact on customers in quality decisions Provides input within team decisions that are impactful to customer needs, and sometimes influences project decisions with customer viewpoint
  

Education

Typically requires 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree. or 6+ years with a master's degree; or3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
