Software Quality Principal Engineer

In this role at Archer, you will be responsible for contributing to and approving Reliability and System Test plans, collaborating with the LOB team to develop the Quality and Warranty Cost Reduction segment for the Executive review, and engaging with the supply base to drive quality improvements. You will utilize advanced communication and presentation skills to initiate proactive communication with leadership or global teams, as well as recommend options and solutions. Your role will involve understanding global components, such as cultural differences and time zones, and solving project-related problems while considering the impact, benefits, and risks. Furthermore, you will leverage your advanced understanding of technology disciplines to influence team members through technical expertise and quality tools, data, and processes to drive design decisions and improvements within the organization. You will navigate through ambiguous situations within projects and across the organization, always keeping in mind the impact on customers in quality decisions. Your input will be crucial in team decisions that directly affect customer needs and may influence project decisions from a customer viewpoint.
