Job Description

As a member of Xerox Holdings Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and execution of manual and automated test cases. Your responsibilities will include conducting functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications. Utilizing your expertise, you will develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar technologies. Additionally, you will be involved in load and performance testing using tools such as JMeter, k6, or other relevant platforms. Your contribution will be vital in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in bug tracking tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar systems. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members, you will ensure the quality of products and services. Your involvement in test planning, test strategy, and overall quality assurance best practices will be essential for the success of the team. To excel in this role, you should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing. A strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies is required. Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is crucial. Moreover, hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured, as well as performance and load testing tools like JMeter or k6, will be beneficial. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you tackle challenging scenarios. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
