Software Quality Assurance Tester

As a Software Quality Assurance Tester at nopAccelerate in Surat, India, your role will involve leading the Quality Assurance Department to ensure the delivery of quality tested software products. You will be responsible for performing tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues, as well as initiating tests, analyzing results, and finding solutions to technical problems. Your tasks will include analyzing complex functional/technical requirements, translating them into test cases, preparing detailed test plans/strategies, and creating and executing manual and automated test plans. You will record and document results, compare them to expected results, manage defect testing, validate software product corrections, and recognize and develop improvements to team processes, Quality Assurance environments, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Quality Assurance Department to ensure delivery of quality tested software products - Perform tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues - Analyze results, find solutions to technical problems, and translate complex requirements into test cases - Prepare detailed test plans/strategies and create and execute manual and automated test plans - Record and document results, manage defect testing, and validate software product corrections - Recognize and develop improvements to team processes, Quality Assurance environments, and procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical discipline - Experience managing a Software Quality Assurance team and Automated Testing experience - Experience in manual and automated software testing techniques - Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed - Ability to manage quality assurance team and provide hands-on assistance as required - Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, or comparable integrated development environment Eligibility Criteria: - Candidate should be any graduate/postgraduate in Computer Science or related degree program - Excellent communication and presentation skills - At least 1+ years of relevant industry experience is required,
