Job Description

Role Overview: You have an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing business units of Cisco, focusing on building next-generation cloud technologies. As a Software Engineer on the Cisco Intersight Platform and Services, you will be part of an expert team working on next-generation Data Center products. Your role will involve E2E feature testing, delivery, and sustenance in Agile and CICD models. Collaboration with the development team to define, evolve, and support the design methodology will be essential. Additionally, you will participate in various dev-test and documentation reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, triage, debug software bring-up, and address gaps for customer failures. Key Responsibilities: - Develop test plans, participate in reviews, create E2E test setups in the lab - Conduct complete functional testing and automation, as well as limited and optimized system, scale testing, and regression testing - Collaborate with the development team to define, evolve, and support the design methodology - Participate in various dev-test and documentation reviews - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, triage, debug software bring-up, and address gaps for customer failures Qualifications Required: - B.E./M.Tech. with 9+ years of experience - Experience in Functional, Integration, and System testing of enterprise products and solutions - Strong Python Programming Skills with a strong design skill using object-oriented methodologies - System software experience in a Linux platform environment, VMWare environment - Strong communication, analytical, and debugging skills Additional Details: Join Cisco, where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue the purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
