Your responsibilities will include: - Mentoring team members in design collaboration, code reviews, development tools, and processes - Engaging in the complete software development life cycle, encompassing development, testing, continuous delivery, and support - Actively participating in an agile team to collaboratively bring features to life through development, testing, and delivery To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals with the following qualifications: Essential Requirements: - 9-14 years of software development experience in networking products, with a deep understanding of networking concepts and practical experience in implementing switching protocols (VLAN, LACP, STP, RSTP, MSTP), IPv4/IPv6 routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS), and IP multicast protocols (PIM, MSDP, MLD, IGMP), among others. - Proficiency in different Network Processing Units such as Broadcom or equivalent - Strong development and programming skills in C/C++/Golang Desirable Requirements: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field - Experience working with the SONiC operating system and platform software in networking products At Dell Technologies, we believe in the power of each individual to drive meaningful change.
