As a potential candidate for the position, it is important to note that individuals holding a BSc/BA/BCom, ITI, or Diploma with computer knowledge are invited to apply. The work premises are located in Kochi, near the Ernakulam South Railway Station and the Ernakulam KSRTC Bus Stand. Kindly be informed that this position requires working in rotational shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Your primary duties will involve monitoring information systems operations to ensure continuous availability and optimal functionality. Moreover, you will be involved in environmental monitoring of IT infrastructures, assisting in conducting SAM audits, managing various storage devices, and providing pre-sale technical analysis and support to sales personnel regarding IT and ITES. Your role will also entail filtering and escalating client issues to the relevant teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and conducting lead data finding support through internet searches.
