Software Mobile/Test Automation Engineer/Lead Engineer

As a Software Mobile Test Automation Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of test automation engineers. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks for mobile applications on Android and iOS. It is important to contribute to testing strategies using QA best practices and work on medical software products, ensuring high-quality delivery through effective testing and defect management. Your expertise in mobile automation testing, knowledge of Agile Methodology, and soft skills such as zeal for knowledge, self-driven attitude, and commitment to quality are essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will involve leading and mentoring a team of test automation engineers, providing technical guidance and support, designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks, conducting code reviews, monitoring and reporting on automation efforts, collaborating with manual QA engineers, and troubleshooting issues related to automation frameworks and test execution environments. You will be expected to have experience with test management and defect management tools (DevOps, ALM, TFS), create detailed test reports supported by evidence, maintain existing automation test frameworks, have hands-on experience with Web/Mobile tools and CI/CD, and possess sound knowledge of debugging and debug tools (ADB). Collaboration with key stakeholders on test plans, working with developers to design testing strategies, and adherence to test schedules to ensure product quality are also part of your responsibilities.
