Software Intern

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our global Product Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying software development life cycle processes to deliver high-quality production-ready code. You will be meticulous in testing your code and collaborating with the team to meet MRI Software's high standards. Operating under the Agile development methodology, you will work in a cross-functional environment, engaging with various groups both within and outside the department, such as Product Management and Documentation. Your primary focus will be on creating and testing code within our dynamic team setting. As a Junior Software Engineer, you will apply established practices and procedures to design, implement, and support software projects. Building strong relationships with team members and seeking assistance when needed while showcasing a continuous learning mindset are essential aspects of this role. You will actively seek guidance for prioritization and review of deliverables and design testing protocols to ensure thorough product testing. To qualify for this position, you should be pursuing a degree in BE, Btech, MCA, MSC, or BCA in Computer Science or a related technical field, with an expected graduation year of 2026. Experience in developing software or algorithms based on predefined specifications is desired. Proficiency in object-oriented programming, particularly in Microsoft .Net or Java, is preferred. Familiarity with Source Control tools and database objects (tables, stored procedures, queries, etc.) will be advantageous. Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
