As a Software Industrialization Pilot/Support (SWIS) at Schaeffler, you play a crucial role in supporting the software teams on industrialization tasks. Your responsibilities include applying the SW industrialization process, industrializing software and calibration after SOP, and providing ECU SW technical support for ECU return analysis.
